Bespoke
Multi-day celebrations, something that doesn't fit a package, or travelling overseas, I'll put together Bespoke pricing for those.
Included
Every package, the 10, the 3, or Bespoke includes the following.
- Help and Guidance Weddings run on a tight clock, and it's not something most couples have done before. A WhatsApp thread for whenever a question comes up, tips sent when you'll actually need them, and a list of trusted suppliers built from years of working alongside them. Advice when you need it.
- Every photo, edited by me Nothing rushed, nothing outsourced, nothing left to a batch filter. Each photo in your gallery has had proper attention, chosen and edited because it earned its place, not because it filled a quota.
- Highlights, then your full gallery You'll receive a collection of highlights within 1–2 weeks of your wedding day, so you're not waiting to see how the it looked. Your full gallery follows within 8–10 weeks.
- A selection of fine art prints A small selection of prints from your highlights, sent as a thank-you for inviting me to your wedding day, delivered alongside your full gallery.
- Online gallery A secure, password-protected gallery to share with family and friends, with unlimited downloads for everyone you share it with.
- Hi-res images and personal print licence Each photo is delivered in both web-sized (suitable for sharing on social media) and high resolution (suitable for printing) sizes, with a personal licence to print through any company you choose.
- Online store Through your online gallery you can choose to order prints and products, delivered to your door. All of my products are made here in Yorkshire at my trusted photo lab. Each image is printed on fine art paper with archival inks, made to last, not to fade in a drawer.
Additional Options
- Before the day - relaxed photos — £500 Two hours or so, coffee first, then a walk, more sitting, more talking. Not a rushed session of posing, a proper chance to get to know each other before your wedding day does, and a set of photos of you two to keep.
- Second photographer — £500 A second pair of eyes and a second angle, useful for a longer guest list, two prep locations, or simply having more of the day covered from more than one place at once.
- Extra hours — at your package's rate Up to two extra hours can be added to either package at any time. Need more than that, and it's worth talking through whether a different package fits better instead.
- Fine art album — from £550 20-50 spreads, 10×10", fabric-covered as standard, leather available as a small upgrade. Layflat pages, museum-grade paper, made in Yorkshire.
- Coffee table book — from £400 A4, 25 spreads, a small set of cover and title choices rather than full customisation, with a slipcase included. Made in the same Yorkshire workshop, on the same fine art paper. Built to sit out on display, not put away for best.
Travel
Free within 2.5 hours of Sheffield. Beyond that, for UK weddings, a discretionary supplement of up to £300 applies, sometimes reduced or waived depending on the location. Getting married overseas, that's Bespoke.
